Cargo search and claim proceeding

    Upon written request from consignee, carrier or BCT management, cargo search team of Customer Service Department organizes cargo/mail search activities. Cargo search team specialists check relevant AWBs, warehouse storage positions, records explanatory notes from involved employees, communicates relevant contacts of carrier and airport of dispatch, etc.
If any shortages and/or loss of cargo detected during unloading in warehouse, our specialists carry out necessary examination and search procedures.
Cargo tracking and search procedures are also conducted in case of any claims from customers regarding delivery of cargo, its damage and loss.
In case if cargo arrives without accompanying documents, cargo search team specialist contacts carrier and airport of dispatch, or transit airport (if any) and requests relevant cargo documents.
